Absences
Due to a very full studio, lessons missed by a student will not be ‘made up’. With sufficient notice (24 hr minimum), we may explore the possibility of rescheduling a lesson within the week, but this is not guaranteed, nor will lessons be held over to other weeks.
A reminder that if the student or lesson parent are ill, an online lesson at the scheduled time is always an option, even on short notice. We want to share music, not germs!
An exception is the “flex week” at the end of June: one lesson missed earlier in the year can be rescheduled to the third week of June. This is primarily intended to accommodate differing school vacation schedules at ‘Fall Break’, Spring Break, etc. Please let me know in advance if you intend to use this offer, and be sure to remind me in June!
